Planning Permission

Planning permission is not usually required if the garden building is less than 4m high and 5m away from the main residence.

If you do require planning permission for your building we can do this for you. Our knowledge and experience has enable many customers to overcome this obstacle.

On-site Survey

The on-site survey establishes any issues that may arise with the construction of the building at the location specified. The survey will include

• Suitability of ground
• Dimensions of site
• Access to site
• Obstacles to be cleared
