Terms and Conditions

Placing an Order

We will send you an order confirmation/invoice, which states all the order details. It is your responsibility to review this order confirmation and confirm that the order is correct. When you return a signed copy of the order you are agreeing that all order details are correct. We will place the order with the manufacture 7 days from receiving the order confirmation. You can amend the order in writing within this time.

Delivery

The building will be delivered in flat pack form to the address specified on the order confirmation.

Price of Buildings

On-site survey

If you have contracted Mayk Timber Buildings to construct the building for you we recommend that an on-site survey be carried out. Our sales person will inform you of the cost of this service.

If you decide, for any reason, not to proceed with an on-site survey you agree that any unforeseen issues, which incur additional expense in either time or money, will be met by you. All unforeseen issues will be discussed and agreed with you prior to resolving them.

Access

If you have contracted Mayk Timber Buildings to construct the building for you we will require suitable access to the construction site.

Weather Conditions

If weather conditions become too severe to begin or complete the construction of the building we reserve the right to postpone the construction and return at a more suitable time (as agreed by both parties) at our expense.

Cancellations

You have 7 days in which to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Mayk Timber Buildings reserves the right to modify terms and conditions, and / or modify the prices of its products without prior notice or liability. Modifications will be made on www.mayk.co.uk website.
